Route One Films buys legal thriller spec "Article III" from writer Aaron Tracy. Per Variety:

    Story follows a 26-year-old law clerk for an aging Supreme Court justice who's the swing vote on the court. The clerk has three days to save the life of his girlfriend when she's abducted in a plot to sway his boss's vote.

Tracy is repped by CAA and Stone Canyon Media.

By my count, this is the 4th spec script sale of 2011.
