I wouldn't say I have given up, but I've been slacking for sure.

Lately I've been writing movie reviews or movie articles... But nothing in the form of a screenplay.  I really should be though.

Just finished writing for a long running BBC daytime television series. A thoroughly unenjoyable buttfuck of a job. Writing a sci fi feature now which is a welcome relief.

But there was no joy in it. And no amount of money can compensate for a life without joy. I argue that that's the over riding problem with British TV right now, it's all run like a sausage factory.
